CPHI WARRANTY

New parts and repaired parts supplied by CPHI are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of Six (6) months from the time of delivery. Claims for defects detected prior to assembly into the next higher assembly shall be submitted to CPHI for review. Any warranty claims for parts that have been installed in the next higher assembly must be brought to the attention of CPHI in writing so that CPHI can, at CPHI’s discretion and in a reasonable amount of time, schedule an evaluation of the defect at the customer’s facility, or, at the discretion of CPHI, at the CPHI facility. Once delivered or upon installation into an end item, such part is found to be defective in material or workmanship, CPHI shall, if it confirms the existence of the defect, replace such defective part at its own expense. CPHI's liability is limited to refunding our invoice price of the product, but not the cost of installation, removal or collateral cost.
